Altai Taiga Honey

The main nectar sources of the taiga are bog rosemary, fireweed, raspberry, clover, angelica, bearberry, mountain ash, goldenrod, fireweed, thistle, sweet clover, and wild strawberry. When combined with honey, the medicinal properties of these herbs are greatly enhanced. Taiga honey is recommended for use in treating various ailments. Color ranges from 85 mm to 140 mm. Consistency ranges from fine-grained to coarse-grained. Crystallization occurs 2–4 months after extraction.
