Altai Buckwheat Honey

Bees produce buckwheat honey from the nectar of flowering buckwheat. In addition to proteins, carbohydrates, and fats, buckwheat honey contains trace amounts of iron, calcium, phosphorus, and copper, as well as vitamins B1, B2, PP, and others. Its rich mineral and vitamin content allows buckwheat honey to be used to treat vitamin deficiencies, hypertension, radiation sickness, rheumatism, and skin diseases. Color ranges from 50 mm to 114 mm. Consistency ranges from fine-grained to coarse-grained. Crystallization occurs 1–2 months after extraction.
