Altai Mountain Honey

Mountain honey has a delicate floral aroma and a very rich, fruity flavor. It is harvested from nectar-producing plants such as acacia, hawthorn, blackthorn, bird cherry, rosehip, honeysuckle, willow, and spring primroses. Color ranges from 0 mm to 17 mm. Consistency ranges from oily to fine-grained. Crystallization occurs up to 12 months after extraction.
