Voluntary consent to receive advertising
Version 2026-10-31-v3. Website: medovik-altay.ru.
Sender and purpose
Freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I agree to receive advertising messages and calls about products, special offers and events from OOO “MEDOVIK ALTAYA” (ООО «МЕДОВИК АЛТАЯ»), INN 2222797246, KPP 224601001, OGRN 1112223007632, registered address: 5 Budennogo St., Kalmanka village, Altai Krai, 659040, Russia, using the contact details I enter in this form. For this purpose I separately authorise this controller to process the telephone number and email address I provide and my advertising choice records.
Contacts, data and operations
Permission applies only to the telephone number and email address I enter in this form. It covers advertising messages and calls using these contacts and does not automatically extend to other numbers, addresses or separate accounts. I provide my own contacts. My name, enquiry content and supplier documents are not used for advertising under this consent.
The controller may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve and use these contact details for advertising messages and calls, and block, delete and destroy advertising data. Processing may be automated and performed by authorised staff. To evidence consent, the controller keeps the date and time, content and outcome of the choice, the contacts provided and information about the form used. Minimal information needed to prevent further advertising is kept to honour opt-outs.
This consent does not authorise publication of data, advertising for other parties, optional tracking of opens or clicks, or unrestricted transfers to any contractor or country. Engaging a communications provider requires a separate assessment of the basis, processing instructions and applicable transfer requirements. This consent does not replace that assessment.
Voluntary choice and duration
To consent, I independently select the advertising permission beside the form and submit it. Neither consent nor refusal is selected initially. I can leave both unselected or explicitly refuse: this does not prevent my enquiry, response or contract. Leaving the choice blank gives no new advertising permission. A response to a specific enquiry is handled separately and does not become an advertising subscription.
This consent lasts until I withdraw it or the controller ends the advertising purpose, whichever occurs first. Changes to the text, sender, purpose or channels do not automatically extend it. A recorded opt-out takes priority: selecting permission in an ordinary enquiry does not by itself restart advertising after an opt-out.
How to stop advertising
I can opt out of advertising and withdraw consent to advertising processing at any time: reply to an advertising message, use the opt-out method stated in it, or write to info@medovik-altay.ru. I should identify the telephone number or email address for which advertising must stop; I can opt out for one contact or all contacts supplied to the controller. No passport copy is needed to opt out. Selecting “I do not want advertising” when submitting the form also prohibits advertising using the contacts entered in this form, including withdrawal of earlier consent.
Once the request is received, the controller must immediately stop advertising using these contacts and processing for its continuation. Opting out does not delete the enquiry or information lawfully needed for a response, contract or mandatory records. If there is no independent lawful basis for further processing, the controller stops processing advertising data and ensures their destruction in accordance with Russian law. Waiting for destruction does not authorise further advertising.
Minimal evidence of the choice and opt-out, including information necessary to honour the opt-out, may be kept only on an independent lawful basis, to honour the opt-out and evidence lawful action, in a justified scope and for a justified period. It must not be used for advertising. The data processing policy is a separate document linked beside the form.
